With Visual Budget, easily manage your personal and business accounts using powerful, advanced analysis and consolidation features.
Visual Budget can be used to handle several accounts simultaneously and sort them into different groups.
Expense/income categories are automatically created based on a standard model that fits most needs. You can of course modify this category list to suit more particular requirements for each of your accounts. Two levels of categories/sub-categories allow you to define your budget plan in an easy but precise way.
Assign a budget to every category, and accurately monitor the evolution of your income and expenses.
You can input your financial transactions manually, or automatically by importing CSV (spreadsheet) or OFX (bank standard) files with iTunes file sharing.
Check off your transactions to ensure that they match your bank statements.
Define recurring transactions, such as a monthly Internet subscription, once and for all.
Visual Budget also features Overview tools, allowing you to visualize the breakdown of your transactions and the changes in your balances in the blink of an eye, and to monitor your budgets efficiently
Several graphs (bar or pie charts) provided by the application give you a clear and synthetic view of your transactions and their breakdown into expense, income, category and budgetary changes.
The application comes with an example account featuring a dozen transactions which will allow you to quickly become familiar with it.
Freemium version, limited to 50 transactions per account. Integrated purchase unlocks unlimited transaction creation.

I still havent found a proper replacement for the old palm splash money. This app is so far so good.
I have used this great App for the last 3 years with ease. Highly recommended for future users.
I love how it gives me the amount of money I will have at the end of each month based on my balance and expenses. Great PDFs report too for the budget each month!
Also I love the overview on my balance and expenses so that I could keep my expenses low :)
Lets you adapt and modify categories, very user friendly and fun to use.
Great for doing a home budget, user friendly, works well to track recurring expenses. This is not accounting software, but exactly what it says it is!
This app is all I was looking for. Highly recommended to keep your finances in order. Thank you!
Some bad moments
Ive been using Visual Budget for years, and I am still very pleased with it.
Not very straight forward and the "help" section is not helpful. Deleted the app after 10 minutes.
It is so difficult and complicated when I want to capture a new entrance. And also I have problems trying to link the mac with the iphone. It does not specify that I have to buy the version for the mac and also the version for the iphone by separated payments. I cannot capture more than 10 entrances in my iphone and I have already paid the mac version and I didn´t know that I have to buy the app for the iphone. I would like to get my money back but I am pretty sure that it is not going to happen. If I get a solution of course that I will rate this app with more stars, but right now I hate it.
Very disappointed in in the attitude of customer support.
They were what I consider to be quite rude.
Was told if I did not like it, to go somewhere else.

Free version gives you only 10 transaction for the month really ? Just like all the apps who ask you to buy the pro version. Waste of time
By far too complex for my needs.
There are other programs far more user friendly.
