Visual Budget - Finances App Reviews

It took a moment to get the feel of this app; however, once I understood how it works, I use it daily. It is essential my being able to set up my budget and stay on task with all of my accounts. Simply outstanding.

I love this app and it has helped me over the past two years to get a better handle on my finances. The only downfall is the info isnt shared between my iPhone and iPad. For a while, if I exported from one, I could import to the other (still not the simplest method) but now it wont even do that. I would love to be able to access this app on both my devices and it stay up-to-date in real time. I even looked at the settings to see if Im just tripping. Besides that, I love this app.

I LOVE this app!...well worth the $4.99..Its so easy and I always know how much I have in the bank and it helps me see what my spending habits are..I cut back on many "wants" because of this budgeting tool..I highly recommend it..for those 1 star raters, its good to try something before you buy it right? This is the best Ive seen..give it a try!

Easy to use!!! Helps a lot when u dont carry ur check book around.. I would recommend buying the full version..

I love this app. Keeps me on track. Two things I would like to see in a future update would be: 1) the u reconciled amounts in a color of my choosing, and 2) ability to enter split transactions It is the best app for keeping track of my checkbook so far

Excellent tool for managing and forecasting personal finances.

I wish I knew how to chart each category relative to the Years monthly inputs, but thats probably a feature Ill discover as I get more familiar with the app. Great upgrade to switch directly to cost after deciding a category. Wonderful ability to modify categories. This almost takes the hate out of bookkeeping and record keeping for me. I use this everyday, and smile at the simplicity and excellent features. I normally hate seeing an app has an "upgrade" - but that date modifying upgrade was excellent. What a simple solution to save another half-second per entry. It is fun to see thoughtful improvements, just when you felt it could not be improved. Thanks for your alert programmers. I use your program only as a diary of my spending, and I realize it has far greater uses, particularly budgeting and spending reviews, and no doubt as an expense account useful in billing. I find my "diary" fills my needs, and I use it every day. Jim Dahle - -------- Addition: After those couple of minor but great upgrades, about all that is left is if this program could anticipate what Im going to buy next week. This is the easiest quickest most editable convenient way to record expenses ever created. Good job. Bask in applause and send those genius programmers on a expensive, paid vacation. If anybody doesnt already own this program, you either dont spend money, or dont care or want to know where it goes.

Sync to iCloud would be great. More flexibility for recurring transactions like 2nd Wednesday every month. Direct sync with bank accounts. Still a very useful App Thanks

This is a very useful app. I wish that it would auto-enter names of vendors when you have used them previously.

Use this for every penny I spend. Customize to your hearts content. See your months spending by category at a glance.

Its very nice And it keeps track of all your transactions with pic and its free But if you have a lot if transaction then buy it Its very usefull

Been using Visual for 2 months now, great tool to forecast future totals and also handy for reminder to pay bills on certain days! Absolutely recommend this app ;)

Overall this app is good. The visuals are useful and options to maintain a record of expenses/income is fair. I on,y suggest the option to transfer any created files or records from this app to email, etc.

After I updated this morning it shows half screen only on my iPhone 6 Plus. Yak.

I loved this app, & would have given it 5 stars, but the recent update is causing the view to be a half screen. Fix ASAP‼️‼️‼️

This app allows me to keep track of my money(expenses for my purposes) while I travel. I can follow where my money goes by using the various circle and bar graphs that are included. Really, for just a few bucks, this app is truly worth having.

I have been using this app for several years. Excellent program. Would love to see split transaction functionality in the future.

Been using VB for about three years. I keep track of all checking and savings accounts. It allows for recurring spending and future projection of balances. Once you get the hang of it you can play around with different spending variances to see how they will affect your future balance. That part could have been more user friendly, but you can do it. It does not automatically back up and it does not cloud sync at all. After this amount of time, it looks to me that the developers are not trying to compete with newer apps. But then, it is still a very useful app for me.
